Fifteen Fifteen by Ole Scheeren

Forty-two residential floors between West Georgia and Alberni. Two hundred and two homes in a tower whose cantilevered boxes are the whole of its argument.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

The architect's page is the source and the claim. Büro Ole Scheeren gives 202 units across forty-two residential floors, with Bosa Properties as client and Francl Architecture as executive architect, and describes the tower as standing “as a new beacon that activates the skyline.” The register takes an architect's own project page as first-party for the building; it does not take it as evidence of anything about ownership, which is why the tenure line below is empty.

This is the second Vancouver record in the register named for its architect, after Alberni by Kengo Kuma — and the pattern is the city's own. Four of the six Vancouver records here carry no hotel marque, and two of those four put a practice's name in the marque's place. Where Toronto's case is made by five hotel brands, Vancouver's is made by architects.

Completion year, tenure, bedroom range and price are not published. The building is under construction and, like every other condominium in the city, closed to most non-Canadians until 1 January 2027 — which for a project still selling is not a historical footnote but a live constraint on who can buy.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer who wants the developer's own account: the record rests on the architect. Not for a non-Canadian before 1 January 2027, and this one is still selling.

13.10.2026 · Canada's two index cities, and a marque found missing from under three hundred estates

The UBS Global Real Estate Bubble Index 2026 names twenty-three cities. The register holds all twenty-three in the atlas and held published records in fourteen. Toronto and Vancouver were two of the nine blanks. They are blanks no longer: thirteen records, six in each city and one lifted out of intake, every one verified against an operator, a developer or an architect page rather than an agent's listing.

Investment migration — the facts the rule turns on

The rule for Canada: No property route — and a purchase ban to 2027 — checked 24.09.2026.

The register publishes the facts and the rule; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel.
