Fairmont Pacific Rim
Coal Harbour, on the water. One hundred and seventy-five homes in a building of three hundred and sixty-seven — and after the de-flagging up the street, the only hotel-branded residence in Vancouver the register can still confirm.
The developer states it plainly. Peterson's page: “One hundred seventy-five luxury residential homes are framed by unparalleled views of Coal Harbour,” in a building of 367 units in total, developed with Westbank. The hotel is addressed 1038 Canada Place; agents address the residences 1011 West Cordova, which the register records as an agents' address and not as the building's own.
Its significance is positional. With the Shangri-La marque gone from the hotel at 1128 West Georgia and the fate of the estates above it unstated, Fairmont Pacific Rim is the one hotel-branded residence in this city the register can confirm from a first-party source today. A market of one is a finding about Vancouver, not about Fairmont — and the rest of the city's case is architectural, which is why four of the six Vancouver records here carry no marque at all.
Architect, tenure, bedroom range, completion year and price are not established. None appears on the developer's page and no operator page for the residences was reached. The building is long complete and resale-only, and closed to most non-Canadians until 1 January 2027.

Not for a buyer who wants the operator's own residences page: the marque here is published by the developer. Not for a non-Canadian before 1 January 2027.

The UBS Global Real Estate Bubble Index 2026 names twenty-three cities. The register holds all twenty-three in the atlas and held published records in fourteen. Toronto and Vancouver were two of the nine blanks. They are blanks no longer: thirteen records, six in each city and one lifted out of intake, every one verified against an operator, a developer or an architect page rather than an agent's listing.
