CURV
Sixty storeys downtown. The developer calls it the world's tallest Passive House building — the first record in the register whose landmark claim is about energy rather than height, marque or architect.
The claim is the developer's, in its own words. Brivia Group: “The world's tallest Passive House building, CURV, introduced to the market April this year.” Sixty storeys, downtown Vancouver. The register has landmark records built on height, on an architect's first and on a reconstruction; this is the first built on a building-performance standard, and it is worth a card for that alone.
It is also the thinnest record in this sweep, and deliberately so. The developer's page gives no unit count, no street, no architect, no completion year and no price. Press supplies 1075 Nelson Street and an architect, and the register declines both: the address and the practice stay at not established until the developer or the architect publishes them. A record claim verified from the developer does not license the register to fill in the rest from elsewhere.
Closed to most non-Canadians until 1 January 2027, like every condominium in the city — and this one is selling now.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who needs to know what is for sale: unit count, address, architect and price are all unpublished. Not for a non-Canadian before 1 January 2027.

13.10.2026 · Canada's two index cities, and a marque found missing from under three hundred estates
The UBS Global Real Estate Bubble Index 2026 names twenty-three cities. The register holds all twenty-three in the atlas and held published records in fourteen. Toronto and Vancouver were two of the nine blanks. They are blanks no longer: thirteen records, six in each city and one lifted out of intake, every one verified against an operator, a developer or an architect page rather than an agent's listing.
Investment migration — the facts the rule turns on
The rule for Canada: No property route — and a purchase ban to 2027 — checked 24.09.2026.
| Entry price | Not established | 13.10.2026 · searched in the record's sources; not published |
The register publishes the facts and the rule; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel.
