Rosewood Residences Hong Kong
Hong Kong. Rosewood. One hundred and eighty-six residences at Victoria Dockside — let, not sold.
The South China Morning Post counts three branded residential projects in the whole of Hong Kong tied to international luxury brands. This is one of them, in a city that is either the third or the seventh billionaire capital of the world depending on which rich list you read. Three projects. The scarcity is the story.
One hundred and eighty-six residences from studios to three-bedroom duplexes, with penthouses to 4,800 square feet, inside the Rosewood Hong Kong complex at Victoria Dockside. Rents run from HKD 57,000 to HKD 1,600,000 a month.
Nothing here is for sale, so access reads Lease and tenure reads not offered for ownership — the same treatment the register gave Four Seasons Place at Central. In Hong Kong the branded-residence market is a rental market, and a register that only recorded sales would report the city as almost empty.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer: this is a lease, and the register says so rather than leaving the field blank. Not for anyone wanting quiet — Victoria Dockside is a working cultural and retail district.
