Not every residence in this register is for sale, and this record is why the access axis has a Lease value. Four Seasons Place holds 519 residential units beside the 399-room hotel in the International Finance Centre at Central, and they are serviced apartments taken on lease from the operator. Tenure reads not offered for ownership; the register holds the record anyway, because leasing is a legitimate way to occupy a branded residence and pretending otherwise would distort the picture.
It is also the largest branded residential count in Hong Kong at 519 units, in a forty-five-storey building completed in September 2005 — old enough, like San Francisco's Four Seasons, to predate most of the category it belongs to.
Hong Kong is either the seventh or the third billionaire city in the world, depending on whether you read Hurun's 88 or Forbes's 72, and the register had no record in it until today. The two counts disagree about the city by four places, which is worth remembering before anyone cites either as fact.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer at all: nothing here is sold, and the register records that plainly rather than leaving the field blank. Not for anyone who wants a quiet address — this is the IFC complex above the airport express, and the building works like the city it sits in.

Four of them are not gaps at all — they are citations that point somewhere, and the somewhere is wrong. binghattipropertiesdubai.com has no web server: a DNS record, nothing answering on http or https, no indexed pages — and PR-D-028 cited it, dated 20 May 2026, for the claim world's first Mercedes-Benz residential tower. A superlative resting on a host that does not answer. PR-D-142 cited 'the brand's own residences page' for the Ritz-Carlton Limassol; that path 404s and the brand's directory does not list Limassol. The register does not know whether the page existed when the record was written or was never there, and says so rather than picking the flattering version. bigsky.com is a tourism site with no Montage content, cited by PR-D-146 for the Inn Residences' debut. And fourseasons.com — Hong Kong was the hotel's page sitting in a list headed Sources, where it read as the brand publishing something about Four Seasons Place; the brand publishes no page for that building at all.
