Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami

Downtown Miami. Waldorf Astoria. Miami's first supertall — nine glass cubes, a hundred storeys, more than nine-tenths sold.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

Nine glass cubes stacked off-centre to a hundred storeys on Biscayne Boulevard, across from Bayfront Park — Miami's first supertall, and by its developer's account the tallest residential building south of Manhattan, with a 205-key Waldorf Astoria in the lower cubes and residences above. PMG and Greybrook began it in late 2022; it reached the 75th floor in May 2026 and was said to be more than 90 per cent sold, two-bedrooms from USD 3.3 million.

Its basic figures disagree. The address is 330 Biscayne Boulevard in the encyclopaedia and 300 in the developer's releases; the height 1,041 feet to the roof or 1,049; the residences 360 or 387 — both figures in a single Newsweek article; completion 2027 or January 2028, again both in the encyclopaedia. The register records each.

Not for a buyer who needs one confirmed count of homes or height: the sources give two of each.

22.09.2026 · United States, run 1 — Miami: a supertall, an implosion, and César Pelli's last tower

The American queue opened in Miami. Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami, nine glass cubes to a hundred storeys, is the city's first supertall and more than nine-tenths sold — though its address, height, number of homes and completion date each come in two versions, some from within the same article. The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami will rise where the old Mandarin Oriental stood until it was imploded in April 2026; two of its penthouses have already closed at USD 49.9 million each.
