Villa Miami
Edgewater, Miami. Major Food Group. A bronze-framed tower where the restaurateurs of Carbone run the building.
A tower in a cast-bronze frame on Biscayne Bay whose hosts are restaurateurs: Major Food Group, of Carbone, is to service the whole building and its three club floors, and Mario Carbone has drawn the Italian kitchens. Terra Group and the One Thousand Group — the developers of Zaha Hadid's One Thousand Museum — are building it to 55 storeys in Edgewater, for completion at the end of 2026.
How many homes it holds is given two ways on the same page: 72 in one line, 64 in the next, all of three to six bedrooms in half floors, full floors and duplexes. The register records both and neither as settled; no price is published in the sources consulted.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a hotel brand's service: the building is run by a restaurant group.

22.09.2026 · United States, run 2 — Florida: chefs as brands, a stalled tower, and a hotel's shifting counts
Two Miami towers carry restaurateurs' names rather than hoteliers'. Villa Miami, in a cast-bronze frame on the bay, is to be run by Major Food Group, of Carbone — and gives its number of homes as 72 and 64 on the same page. Jean-Georges Miami Tropic Residences is the chef's first building, 48 storeys by Arquitectonica, inland by Midtown.
