This is the one record in the register where the branded premium could actually be tested rather than asserted. The Park City MLS shows 114 closed transactions for St. Regis residences here, with recent prices from $3.85 million to $17.8 million. Every brochure in this business claims a 25–40% premium over comparable unbranded stock; almost no building in this register has enough verifiable closings to check it. This one does.

Opened in 2009 at 2300 Deer Valley Drive with a second tower address inside the private Deer Crest gate, residences completed between 2009 and 2016 — under a thousand square feet to about 7,200, one to six bedrooms. Floors one to seven hold the majority, mostly three-bedroom; the top four floors hold twenty-six larger residences, with eleventh-floor penthouses of roughly 5,500 to 7,200 square feet.

Owners take the hotel's service infrastructure — butler, ski valet, a 14,000-square-foot spa — and the HOA covers utilities, exterior maintenance and security. Ski-in and ski-out to Deer Hollow, which in this register's alpine records is rarer than the marketing suggests: Six Senses Courchevel needs a shuttle and a ski lodge to solve the same problem.
