The freestanding tier of three Montage products at Big Sky — Mountain Homes, Lodge Homes and residences within The Inn — set inside Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, a USD 400 million project by Lone Mountain Land Company, the CrossHarbor Capital Partners subsidiary that also stands behind the Yellowstone Club. The resort has 100 rooms and, per one brochure, 39 residences.
One privilege is not these homes'. A brokerage says the Montage Hotel Residences carry the opportunity for Yellowstone Club membership — *unlike any other offering within Spanish Peaks*. That sentence names the hotel residences, so the register does not carry it onto the Mountain Homes. What they do carry is Spanish Peaks' private Tom Weiskopf course and a rental programme Montage runs while owners are away.
Unit count, sizes and prices for the Mountain Homes specifically are carried from the register's earlier intake and not re-established today.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer counting on Yellowstone Club: the source ties that opportunity to the hotel residences, not the mountain homes.
