Every one of the eighty-one residences has been sold by the developer; what trades now is resale — 117 closed sales in the Park City MLS between USD 1.6 million and USD 18 million. They occupy the top six floors of Montage Deer Valley in Empire Pass, opened in 2010, ski-in and ski-out from the Ruby and Empire lifts.
The hotel beneath them is counted two ways — 128 rooms and 46 suites in one source, 154 rooms and 66 suites in another — and so are the residences: 1,200 to 7,000 square feet and two to five bedrooms, or 1,800 to 5,438 square feet and two to four. Residences on the eighth and ninth floors were sold furnished; from the tenth floor up, unfurnished.
The hotel rental programme is opt-in. One brokerage states that any purchase in Empire Pass includes Talisker Club membership; the register holds that as one source's statement.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer looking for developer stock: every residence is sold, and only resales remain.
