Ownership here is offered in deeded one-quarter interests: a share of a specific residence, on title, rather than a membership or a right to book. A quarter share at $1.5m against a whole Lodge Residence at $5m is the same resort sold twice, and the register's access model reads *Own* for both. Without the Tenure field the two would be indistinguishable in the data — which is the argument for the field, made by a single mountain.

The building sits adjacent to Montage Big Sky and is joined to it by an underground pathway; owners take the resort's amenities, Spanish Peaks membership and ski-in, ski-out access, plus a private après-ski lounge, ski lockers and underground parking of their own.
