A hotel and two residential towers occupying most of a city block in the West End, delivered in 2000. The South tower is 1111 23rd Street NW, the North tower 1155; the hotel's own address is 1150 22nd Street, on the far side of the same block. Millennium Partners took the Ritz-Carlton franchise for it in 1998, one of two Washington hotels in that deal — the other became the Ritz-Carlton Georgetown, which the register holds separately.
The count is given as 161 and as 162, and the smallest home as 770, 771 and 962 square feet — the largest as 5,600 or 6,019. The height is eleven storeys in four sources and two in one listing portal, which is a data error rather than a disagreement. The penthouses reach 5,600 square feet over two or three levels.
The club in the building is named three ways — Sports Club/LA, Equinox, LA Fitness — across sources of different years: the same space under successive operators, written down by whichever listing was current. It is the kind of fact a record ought to date, and none of the sources does.

The Ritz-Carlton's West End building in Washington — a hotel and two residential towers on one block, 2000 — is given as 161 and 162 homes, and its club under three names from three operators. Georgetown, from the same 1998 franchise deal, turned out to be a separate development: twenty-eight homes in a converted incinerator whose smokestack became a dining room, now its own record, with its address, its building date and its developer each published two ways.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Georgetown: the address stands at 3150 South Street in five sources against 3100 in one, and the architect itself dates the incinerator to 1932. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences gains a third height, 595 metres, from the encyclopaedia's own data record; W Residences Al Marjan Island and Four Seasons Private Residences Boston gain the licensors' disclaimers, and Hyde Residences Dubai Hills its interior designer and a second floor count.
