Naples, United States. Ritz-Carlton. A marina of twenty-two or twenty-three slips, and not one of them conveys.
The marina belongs to the development and no source says a slip belongs to a home. Twenty-two slips on one page, twenty-three on another, with a dockmaster on site who will attend to a vessel or charter a trip. The berth field reads *marina on site, no berth right recorded* — the eleventh such record against two where the berth conveys. A dockmaster is a service, not a title.
It was called One Naples until the licence arrived. The building is the same, the address is the same, and only the name on the door travelled — which is the portability test working in front of you, and the reason the register keeps both names in the alias list.
One hundred and twenty-eight residences on about six acres at Vanderbilt Beach, by Stock Residences: twin twelve-storey Tower buildings facing the Gulf, five-storey Bay buildings on the lagoon, a 28,000-square-foot owners' clubhouse, a half-acre private park. Three to five bedrooms from USD 4.3 million, penthouses over 5,800 square feet and grand penthouses over 8,800.
The disclaimer here goes further than the seven others the register holds. The others say the brand did not develop the design or choose the fixtures. This one, in capitals on the project's own site, adds that The Ritz-Carlton has not confirmed the accuracy of any of the statements made — the brand disclaims the marketing itself.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants the boat: the slips are the development's and no published document ties one to a residence. Not for anyone relying on the brochure — the brand states in capitals that it has not checked it.
