A search for the name returns them interleaved, and a USD 419,000 condo-hotel unit sits in the same list as a USD 2.5 million entry at a new address. Anyone averaging those would describe neither building.
This is the fourth time the register has found one name over two objects — after St. Regis Abu Dhabi, Mandarin Oriental New York and Waldorf Astoria Miami.
