Homes built over a railway terminal: the top sixteen floors of Hines's South Station Tower, 690 feet and 51 storeys by Pelli Clarke & Partners, rising from Boston's busiest transit hub, whose bus terminal the project expanded. The 166 Ritz-Carlton residences begin 450 feet up, with interiors by Jeffrey Beers — among the last he completed before his death — and a one-acre park 120 feet above the street. Finished in autumn 2025.
One broker places the residences on floors 29 to 51, twenty-three floors against the developer's sixteen; another gives the tower 680 feet. The register follows Hines's own description.

Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas Residences — 225 homes above a hotel with no casino — were Mandarin Oriental residences until the building was sold in 2018; the record carries both brands and the date. The Summit Club, Discovery Land's members' community under Red Rock Canyon, is sized differently by every source, from 555 acres to 600 and from 137 houses to 270.
