A golf course was the reason for the building. Witkoff and PPG laid out the first new course in Miami-Dade County in more than a quarter-century — a Greg Norman championship layout with a twelve-acre practice ground — inside a gated 150-acre enclave at Hallandale Beach, and put 108 residences in a twenty-storey tower above it, with a boutique Auberge resort, a racquet centre and a 48-slip yacht club. Kobi Karp drew it; AvroKO did the interiors; completion is set for 2026.
Owners may let their homes on flexible terms, which one listing site describes as a condominium hotel; the register writes it as residences and states the arrangement, as it does at Waikīkī and Costa Navarino. The course is 7,300 yards in most accounts and 7,250 in one.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer uninterested in the club: the golf, racquet and yacht clubs are the point of the enclave.
