The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu

Ala Moana, Honolulu. Mandarin Oriental. Ninety-nine homes above a 125-room hotel — a vertical reading of the Hawaiian lanai.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

Ninety-nine homes on the upper seventeen floors of Manaʻolana Place, a 418-foot tower at Kapiolani and Atkinson in Ala Moana, above a 125-room Mandarin Oriental — the hotel takes the first eighteen or nineteen levels, depending on the source. Salem Partners, a Los Angeles investment bank, is building it with the hotel group; interiors are by Dianna Wong, and the residences were offered first to the brand's own clients, from about USD 3.5 million.

The dates have drifted and the sources have not caught up. Agents' pages still promise an opening in late 2023 or early 2024; the contractor's page of January 2026 describes the project as under development. The register records both and no completion year. The research named it without a country.

23.09.2026 · No country given, run 10 — Honolulu's second tower, and dates that stopped being updated

The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Honolulu — 99 homes above a 125-room hotel in Manaʻolana Place at Ala Moana — is the register's second Honolulu record in two runs. Its selling pages still give an opening of late 2023 or early 2024; its contractor called it under development in January 2026. The register carries both statements and no completion year, as it does wherever a promised date has quietly passed.
