Residences at the Stoneleigh
Twenty-two storeys beside a hotel of 1923 that the building is at pains to say it has nothing to do with — and the only record here whose unit count two first parties give as ninety-seven and seventy-five.
The hotel is open, and the residences disclaim it. The Stoneleigh, Autograph Collection stands at 2927 Maple Avenue, a separate address and a separate building, and Marriott publishes its origin: “The Stoneleigh Court Hotel opened on October 18, 1923”, by the architect Frank J. Woerner, first as an apartment hotel; a penthouse the hotel calls the first in Texas was added in 1934 by Colonel Harry E. Stewart, who hired Dorothy Draper. It was formerly Le Méridien Dallas, closed for a renovation designed by Fettle, and reopened in spring 2026 under Marriott's Autograph Collection, managed by HEI Hotels & Resorts, after a reported $20 million. It never permanently closed. The residences' own website offers residents “Stoneleigh Hotel amenities such as room service”, subject to change, and then says plainly: “The Stoneleigh Hotel is not owned, developed or sold by Maple Wolf Stoneleigh, LLC.”
So the relationship is an adjacency and an amenity arrangement, and not a licence. The architect goes slightly further, describing a tower beside “the historic hotel next door” that shares “branding and amenities with the hotel”. The register records no brand licence, because none of the three parties who could grant one describes one, and the party that would carry it disclaims ownership in the same breath as it offers room service.
Ninety-seven, or seventy-five. KTGY, successor to the architect GDA Architects, gives 97 units over 22 storeys for client Centurion American Development Group. W. G. Yates & Sons, the general contractor, gives “75 custom condominiums”, 22 storeys, 396,000 square feet, for owner Maple Wolf Stoneleigh LLC. Both are first-party, both are current on their own sites, and the register reconciles neither — so the inventory line is empty and both figures stand in the prose. The developer's identity splits the same three ways: Maple Wolf Stoneleigh LLC, Centurion American, and Mehrdad Moayedi named personally in press the building itself reproduces. No source states how the three relate.
No first party publishes the address or the year. 2300 Wolf Street is the agents'. KTGY and Yates give only “Dallas, Texas”. The building's own news page carries press describing a 2014 unveiling and a 2013 piece saying it would be ready “this summer”, together with the note that the tower “sat unfinished for more than three years”. Floor plans run 2,400 to 4,200 square feet with direct elevator entry to each home. Dallas is not yet in the atlas this register resolves places against, so this record carries its address in words and no place code, and a request has gone to the atlas.
Named in Forbes Travel Guide's inaugural VERIFIED Luxury Residences collection in August 2026 — and this is the card that states what the instrument is made of. The programme was developed by Atelier CX, Forbes Travel Guide's own consulting division, with FirstService Residential as manager and charter participant. Chris Turner, president of the board: “Our community has always been committed to providing an exceptional living environment.” Hermann Elger, chief executive of Forbes Travel Guide: “Luxury today is defined not only by beautiful residences and exceptional amenities.” The Forbes release does not mention the hotel next door at all — which is correct, because the designation is about how the residents' building is run.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who expects the hotel next door to come with the apartment: the residences' own site disclaims it in writing. Not for anyone who needs to know how many homes are in the building — its architect and its builder differ by twenty-two.

Forbes Travel Guide's inaugural VERIFIED Luxury Residences collection is thirteen properties, all American. The register held four and has written the other nine. The designation needed a field of its own, and the reason is the point: verification says how well this register has sourced its own facts, and third-party recognition says somebody else has certified something. Folding the second into the first would let another house's judgement pass as this register's work. The cards now carry both rows.

The register publishes the facts and the rule; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel.
