Every automotive residence since answers to this one. Dezer Development proposed it in 2011 and delivered it in 2017 on Collins Avenue, and it introduced the device the category is now known for: the Dezervator, a robotic lift that carries a car and its driver to a glazed sky garage inside the apartment.
The register holds it as a completed and occupied building under owners' association control, with 18555 Developers LLC as the statutory entity. Press storey counts diverge between 57 and 60 and the register carries neither — a number that two sources contradict is not a fact, and the record says so rather than picking one.
What it settled was commercial rather than architectural: that a marque could command a premium on a beach where the competition was already branded. Bentley Residences, three blocks north and by the same developer, exists because this one worked.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants service depth: this is a licensed design building with no hotel operator behind it. Not for anyone indifferent to the car lift — it sets the plan, the price and the maintenance profile of every apartment in the building.
