Auberge is a resort company that entered residential through a condominium, not a hotel. This is the brand's first residential development anywhere: two towers at 2200 North Ocean Boulevard on five contiguous acres and 450 linear feet of beach, described in the trade as the largest remaining beachfront parcel in South Florida. One broker record puts seventeen years between the first vision and completion, which the register carries as reported rather than as fact.
The unit count is published by third parties and not by the brand. A rental platform's building record gives 171; Auberge's own pages give none. The register carries the figure with its source attached, because a number nobody official has stated is a different kind of number from one the developer has.
The record also carries what surrounds it. As of February 2026 this stretch of coast had Ritz-Carlton Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach and Mandarin Oriental Residences West Palm Beach launching sales, Ritz-Carlton Residences West Palm Beach breaking ground, and Rosewood Residences Hillsboro Beach topping off. The register holds none of the four — noted here rather than quietly, because a gap you have written down is a gap you will close.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a hotel's service depth: there is no Auberge hotel here, only the brand's dining and spa in a condominium. Not for anyone who needs the building's own numbers — the count comes from listing platforms, not from the operator.
