Bentley Residences
Sunny Isles Beach, United States. Bentley. Two hundred and sixteen residences in a 62-storey oceanfront tower, announced 2021, targeting completion in the first quarter of 2028.
A car lift in every apartment, 216 times over. Dezer Development announced it in April 2021 as the second act of the Sunny Isles automotive experiment, and it is under vertical construction as of September 2026. No residence has been delivered.
The register carries a single completion date — Q1 2028 — because the Library's own reading resolved a divergence that ran between 2027 and 2028 in the press. Where a date is contested, the register prefers the version that names its evidence.
The structure repeats Porsche Design Tower's logic at greater height and greater unit count, which makes it the clearest available test of whether the device scales or whether the first building was the whole market.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who needs to move in: this is an off-plan purchase with two years to run and a delivery date that has already moved once. Not for anyone who wants a finished community — every question about how the building runs is still unanswered.
