Nobu Residences Orlando
Fifty residences announced for 2025 inside a fifty-acre resort plan east of Disney Springs — and a sentence whose grammar will not say whether they are inside the three hundred keys or beside them.
The operator's sentence is the whole record and it is ambiguous. Nobu Hotels: the resort “will feature 300 accommodations including eight stunning villas, a Nobu restaurant, and 50 stylish residences”. Read strictly, the fifty sit in a list beside the restaurant and the event space, outside the three hundred. Read loosely, the grammar can put them inside it. The 2022 release uses the identical construction. The register records both figures as the operator wrote them and reconciles neither, because the operator has not.
The developer splits in two and no first party joins them. Nobu's release names RCD Hotels. The Orange County preliminary plan was filed by AIC Hotel Group, per press. Both are Chapur-family vehicles and no source states the relationship for this site. The master plan is reported as four hotels of nearly two thousand rooms on about fifty acres east of Disney Springs, bought in 2018 — and the press itself disagrees, one outlet's headline saying forty-four acres while its body says approximately fifty.
One number must be kept away from this card. The county plan includes 270 apartments designated as Club Membership units, and the reporting is explicit that the fifty Nobu residences are separate from that count. A register that merged them would publish a Nobu development five times its announced size.
Announced for 2025, which has passed, with no revised date from anyone. The operator's menu still says coming soon. No address, no architect, no interior designer, no floor count, no tenure, no sale-or-let statement and no price from any party. This record was held unpublished since the register was built; it reaches V0 on the operator's own count of fifty and on nothing else.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer: an announcement, a lapsed date and an ambiguous sentence. Not for anyone counting on fifty homes in a quiet resort — the master plan around them is reported at nearly two thousand hotel rooms.

A reader forwarded spam, and it was a map of a hole. Nobu’s email announced six residential destinations opening in 2027; Nobu’s own residences index names twenty-five. The register held eight, four of them empty placeholders. It now holds seventeen, fifteen published, covering 2,279 counted residences — Barbuda, Amsterdam, Kraków, Danang, Al Marjan Island, Egypt’s North Coast, Tulum, Punta Cana and São Paulo written from scratch, and Los Cabos and Orlando lifted out of intake where they had sat since the register was built.
