Jade Signature
Fifty-seven storeys of Herzog & de Meuron on three hundred feet of Sunny Isles oceanfront, turned on a parallelogram so the tower's shadow misses the beach.
One sentence from the developer carries most of this record. Fortune International Group: “Jade Signature is a 57-story, 192-unit residential tower along 300 feet of oceanfront in Sunny Isles Beach.” Architect Herzog & de Meuron; interiors by PYR led by Pierre-Yves Rochon; landscape by Raymond Jungles, whom Fortune calls a “premier landscape architect” — the developer's own superlative, recorded as such. Type: “Residential Condominium”.
The reason the building looks the way it does is published, and it is a good reason. Herzog & de Meuron “chose a parallelogram footprint to minimise the skyscraper's shadow on the beach to the east”, and the concrete tower “tapers gradually towards its top”. The tower opened officially on 16 March 2018. A record claim about a building's geometry serving the public beach in front of it is rarer than a claim about its height.
The price here is genuinely the developer's, which separates it from most of this list: Sky Villas from USD 14.3 million, three remaining at the time Fortune published it. The register records it with its date rather than as a current asking figure.
And the developer's own address does not match Forbes'. Fortune writes 16901 Collins Avenue; the Forbes list gives 16091. One is a transposition of the other and the register could not settle it against a government record, so it publishes the developer's and names the discrepancy. The architect's own project page was not reachable, so Herzog & de Meuron's unit count, floor count and completion year are unverified at the practice — every figure above is Fortune's.
Named in Forbes Travel Guide's inaugural VERIFIED Luxury Residences collection, 2026, and among the seven managed by FirstService Residential.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants the architect's own account: Herzog & de Meuron's project page was not reachable and every figure here is the developer's. Not for anyone matching the address to the Forbes listing — the two differ by a transposed digit.

Forbes Travel Guide's inaugural VERIFIED Luxury Residences collection is thirteen properties, all American. The register held four and has written the other nine. The designation needed a field of its own, and the reason is the point: verification says how well this register has sourced its own facts, and third-party recognition says somebody else has certified something. Folding the second into the first would let another house's judgement pass as this register's work. The cards now carry both rows.
Investment migration — the facts the rule turns on
The rule for USA: No property route — checked 24.09.2026.
| Entry price | USD 14,300,000 (local currency as published) | 19.10.2026 · record sources |
The register publishes the facts and the rule; it does not say whether any purchase qualifies. Eligibility attaches to a sale, not to a building, and the register is not immigration counsel.
