Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles
Los Angeles. Four Seasons. Fifty-nine residences in a standalone tower, across the street from the hotel.
No hotel in the building: Four Seasons' first standalone residential project in North America, as the brand described it in 2018, and at that date one of only two anywhere, with Twenty Grosvenor Square in London. A twelve-storey tower of 59 homes at 9000 West 3rd Street by CallisonRTKL, interiors by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, across the street from the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills, which supplies the service.
The penthouse was asked at USD 75 million and sold for USD 15 million. 'One L.A.' — two full floors of about 13,000 square feet with 6,000 square feet of roof deck and a lap pool — was reported reserved at USD 50 million in 2016, came to market in 2022 at USD 75 million as an unbuilt shell, a price that assumed the developer would fit it out, and traded in February 2025 for USD 15 million, the buyer to fund a build-out the listing agent put at USD 15–20 million. A magazine piece of August 2025 still gave an asking price of USD 50 million; the register records it as published and superseded by the sale.
The developer is named as Genton Development Company in the brand's announcement and as Genton Property Group in the financing report and on its own site, which funded the tower with Alcion Ventures on USD 239 million of construction debt. Completion was scheduled for late 2017 in 2016 and for mid-2019 in 2017; a 2026 buyer's guide says the building opened in 2020 and is sold out at developer level. It is 12 storeys in the brand's announcement and 13 in two later sources.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants the hotel under the same roof: the service comes from the Four Seasons across the street.

21.09.2026 · Four American records written: Washington, Georgetown, Boston, Los Angeles
Henry N. Cobb's One Dalton in Boston opened in May 2019 with 160 residences above a Four Seasons; six years on, the developer still held about eighteen. In Los Angeles, Four Seasons' first standalone residences in North America: its penthouse was shown at USD 75 million in 2022 and asked USD 50 million in 2025 — recorded as two figures with two dates, not as a reduction.
22.09.2026 · Sources re-read: links restored to nineteen records, and five cards corrected
Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles: the card said the penthouse was asked at USD 75 million and later at USD 50 million; it in fact sold in February 2025 for USD 15 million, as an unbuilt shell, and the later USD 50 million figure was a stale repetition. FIVE Palm Jumeirah Residences: the card said Viceroy left with no reason given; the takeover was contested in the DIFC Courts, which ordered Viceroy reinstated, and then in Los Angeles. Como Residences: the AED 500 million penthouse sale is reported by several outlets, not one, though no Land Department record reaching the register shows it.
