A hillside above Lake Austin that took a decade to reach the market: Jonathan Coon, an entrepreneur with no development history, spent years assembling Four Seasons residences on a bluff by the Pennybacker Bridge, 380 feet above the water, with interiors by Piero Lissoni, a cable railway to a private marina, and most of the land kept as preserve. In June 2026 it secured an USD 870 million construction loan.
Its size and date keep moving. The site is 145 acres in the sources of 2022 to 2024 and 210 acres in 2026; completion was the end of 2025, then late 2027, now 2029; the marina is 39 slips in one account and 576 feet long in another. No count of homes is published in the sources consulted.
