The tallest building Nashville has finished this decade: forty storeys and 542 feet on First Avenue South, with a Four Seasons hotel on floors five to fourteen and some 144 residences above, designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and completed in November 2022; owners' sales passed USD 200 million before it topped out.
Small numbers disagree and one name looks like a slip. The residences are 144 or 143, the rooms 235 or 236. The encyclopaedia names the developer 'AECON Capital' where the contractor is AECOM Hunt; the register records the name as written and marks it contested rather than correct it on a guess.
