Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale
Fort Lauderdale beach. Four Seasons. The city's most expensive new condos — 83 homes above the hotel, opened in 2022, four years late.
The most expensive new condominium Fort Lauderdale had seen, at over USD 2,000 a square foot: 83 Four Seasons residences above a hotel in a 22-storey tower across from the beach, with interiors by Tara Bernerd. Fort Partners, which also built Four Seasons at The Surf Club, announced it in 2015 for 2018; it opened on 15 March 2022.
The room and home counts have never been stable. The developer gives 148 rooms and 83 residences; its completion release, 138 rooms; the 2019 announcement, 130 rooms and 90 residences; a travel site at opening, 189 rooms and 42 residences. The register follows the developer's own project page.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants beach frontage itself: the tower stands across the road from the sand.
