Fifty-two furnished residences on one of the few swimmable bays of the Cabo corridor, where the Hotel Twin Dolphin stood from 1977. Two- and three-bedrooms of roughly 4,100 to 7,800 square feet beside a 122-room Montage that opened in 2018, inside the Twin Dolphin master plan by Ohana Real Estate Investors. Whether the club comes with the home is stated two ways. Montage's own residences site says ownership *unlocks the opportunity to join* Twin Dolphin Club; a brokerage says membership *is included with property ownership*. The register records both, and the difference — a right to apply against a right held — is the one a buyer pays for. Even the community's size is given as 1,100 acres in one source and 1,400 in two others.
Foreign buyers hold through a fideicomiso, the bank trust used in Mexico's coastal restricted zone. Owners may enrol in the resort's rental programme; nothing obliges them to.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who needs club membership settled before signing: the developer's site and a brokerage describe it differently.
