Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah

Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah. Waldorf Astoria. Thirty-eight residences in a resort — and the emirate's most expensive home.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

The most expensive home ever sold in Ras Al Khaimah is in this building. The Sky Palace at Waldorf Astoria Residences sold for AED 130 million in January 2026, the developer reported, with the signature penthouse at AED 55 million beside it. The tower stands within the Waldorf Astoria resort at Al Hamra Village, facing the Gulf and the Wynn resort rising on Al Marjan Island; its lobby keeps the brand's clock, twenty feet tall.

The count is 43 in Hilton's announcement, 38 in a developer release five months later and in three brokers' pages, and 12 at one more. Completion moves from 2026 in the launch to the end of 2027 in the August 2026 release; the register records the later date as current. The largest home is 9,780 square feet in two sources and 5,939 in one.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer who needs the specification fixed: the count and the handover changed within 2026.

22.09.2026 · Research intake, run 10 — the UAE queue closed

Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah holds the emirate's most expensive home, a Sky Palace sold for AED 130 million; its count went from 43 to 38 within 2026. Viewz by Danube carries Aston Martin's name on its furniture, not its towers, and is kept beside The Astera and apart from Aston Martin Residences. Bugatti Villas Dubai, named in a 2019 report, matches no project in any source and predates the only Bugatti residence in Dubai; it stays unresolved rather than joined. And at Bugatti Residences, a penthouse sale of AED 550 million, reported as the highest in the Middle East, is added to that record's sources. Jumeirah Luxury Living remains unresolved. With this run, every UAE name in the queue has been checked.
