Lamborghini Mansions

Dubai Hills Estate. Forty six-bedroom villas 'inspired by' Automobili Lamborghini — a word the register reads carefully.

Editorial entry · sources recorded · property confirmation pending

Forty six-bedroom villas beside the Dubai Hills golf course, by Emaar, from AED 27.6 million, each with a roof lounge facing the Burj Khalifa, marketed with the name of Automobili Lamborghini and scheduled for delivery at the end of 2024; the register has found no later source on whether they were delivered.

'Inspired by' is not 'licensed by'. Every source consulted says the villas are inspired by Automobili Lamborghini's design; none describes a licence or agreement with the car maker, whose name the Library does not hold. The register therefore records the name without a brand affiliation, as a landmark development under Emaar's own authority, until a source shows a licence. The size range of 12,626 to 14,436 square feet is given as plot size in some sources and as villa size in others.

Who it is not for

Not for a buyer paying for a car maker's brand: no source shows that Automobili Lamborghini licensed the name.

22.09.2026 · Research intake, run 9 — a project cut to a fifteenth, a car maker's name used without a licence, and a report that mislocates its own client

Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai began in 2017 for handover in 2022, was announced in 2021 as nearly 8,000 homes, and is now 541 in four towers under a new developer, half built; in April 2026 the developer bought back forty-one of its own units. Lamborghini Mansions, forty villas by Emaar at Dubai Hills, is 'inspired by' Automobili Lamborghini in every source and licensed by it in none, so the register records the name without a brand.
