Meydan, Dubai. Bentley Home. Thirty-six lagoon villas and mansions, each mansion sold with a Bentley.
Thirty-six furnished homes on the Meydan lagoon, and a limited-edition Bentley with every mansion. Twenty-seven five-bedroom villas of about 670 square metres and nine five-bedroom mansions of about 1,400, by Mira Developments — the developer of the register's Trussardi and Gianfranco Ferré residences — furnished by Bentley Home in one of three styles with Gaggenau, Frette, Lalique and Christofle.
The prices rose a third in two years. Villas were quoted from AED 20 million and mansions from AED 41 million in 2024; the developer's site now gives AED 27.2 and 47.7 million. The count is 36 or 35, the sizes 670 and 1,400 or 600 and 1,200 square metres, and handover the first, second or fourth quarter of 2026; one broker names Bentley Home as the developer.
Bentley Home is not Bentley Residences. Bentley Home is the car maker's licensed furniture and interiors line; the register's Bentley Residences in Sunny Isles, and the Library's Bentley Residences (LHL-A-002), are a separate licence for real estate. The two are not merged.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who expects Bentley Motors' residential brand: this is the Bentley Home interiors licence.

SHA Residences Emirates is named 'SHA Residences — Dubai' in Knight Frank's report — but it is in AlJurf, Abu Dhabi, and Knight Frank is its exclusive sales agent; the card says both.
