Fifty-one villas on the Meydan lagoon, each planned around a central 'catwalk' that runs from the entrance to a circular sunken lounge — the turn at the end of a runway — and a pool beyond. Five to seven bedrooms, about 720 to 1,750 square metres, by Taraf, the real estate arm of Yas Holding, in District 11 of Mohammed Bin Rashid City. By the sources' count, the brand's third residential project in the world and its first in the Middle East; one of the other two is the register's Karl Lagerfeld Villas Marbella.
Four entry prices and two completion dates. AED 15.0, 15.4, 15.5 and 18.9 million, from different brokers at different moments; completion in the second quarter of 2027 in most sources and the fourth quarter at a research platform. One source limits the project to 50 villas, the rest to 51.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants to be by the sea: the water is a lagoon inland at Meydan, not the Gulf.

Como Residences, Nakheel's 300-metre tower on the Palm, carries the run's loudest disagreement: one research platform reports the penthouse sold for AED 500 million, a brokerage lists it at up to AED 250 million. Neither is a registered transaction, and the card says so. The Library holds COMO Hotels and Resorts; nothing connects that group to this tower, and the record carries no brand. Karl Lagerfeld Villas in Meydan — fifty-one villas each laid out around a runway — is by the sources' count the brand's third residential project, and the register already holds one of the others, in Marbella.
