Dubai Harbour. W. Over four hundred homes in three towers around the longest infinity pool in the city.
Over four hundred homes in three towers on a shared podium at Dubai Harbour, between Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters, with a 200-metre infinity pool — the longest in Dubai, by the developer's account — facing the Ain Dubai wheel. Arada builds it with Marriott's W Residences brand in an AED 5 billion complex; the third tower opened for sale in October 2025.
The completion year differs between the developer's own words. Arada's launch announcement says 2027; the encyclopaedia entry on Arada, citing the developer, says 2028. The entry price is published five ways between AED 3.99 and 4.3 million, and the payment plan as 60/40 and 50/50. A separate 'W Residences Dubai-Downtown' by Dar Al Arkan, of 384 homes, is another project and is not merged here.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a small building: more than four hundred homes share the podium.
