Two hundred and two furnished residences beside a 284-key W hotel on Island 4 of Al Marjan Island, in Ras Al Khaimah, across the water from the USD 5.1 billion Wynn resort that holds the UAE's first commercial gaming licence and is due to open in spring 2027. Apartments, duplexes and one five-bedroom beach mansion; construction began on 30 April 2025.
Completion moved a year between sources: the fourth quarter of 2027 in a May 2025 listing, the fourth quarter of 2028 — 1 December 2028 in one — in two sources of 2026. The developer is Dalands Holding in every text, while one broker's page address names Ardee Developments; the register records the text and notes the address. The island, per one guide, now holds branded towers by Nobu, JW Marriott, Address, Fairmont, Mondrian, Nikki Beach, Karl Lagerfeld and Aston Martin as well. The project's own site carries the licensor's disclaimer — Dalands uses the W marks under licence from Marriott, which has not confirmed the accuracy of any statement — and Marriott's 2023 announcement dates the W hotel itself to the first quarter of 2027. One report counts 201 residences, not 202.

Not for a buyer who wants a quiet island: the resort faces a casino-anchored integrated resort due to open in 2027.

W Residences Al Marjan Island, 202 homes beside a W hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, faces the USD 5.1 billion Wynn resort due in 2027; its completion moved a full year between listings, and its developer's name differs between a page's text and its web address. Ciel, in Dubai Marina, was declined: it is an all-hotel tower of 1,004 keys, the world's tallest hotel, sold to investors as hotel rooms, not homes. Its height is 377 metres to its owner and brand, 365 to one research platform and 357 to one trade title.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Georgetown: the address stands at 3150 South Street in five sources against 3100 in one, and the architect itself dates the incinerator to 1932. Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences gains a third height, 595 metres, from the encyclopaedia's own data record; W Residences Al Marjan Island and Four Seasons Private Residences Boston gain the licensors' disclaimers, and Hyde Residences Dubai Hills its interior designer and a second floor count.
