Thirty-five furnished villas among the dunes of a 1,235-acre nature reserve below the Hajar Mountains, an hour north of Dubai, beside The Ritz-Carlton's desert resort: three to five bedrooms, about 530 to 775 square metres, each with a pool, from about AED 15.6 million. Construction began in April 2024; handover is due in the first quarter of 2027.
Two claims to be first. Brokers call this the first Ritz-Carlton-branded residential project in the UAE; the register's Ritz-Carlton Residences at Keturah, Dubai Creekside, is marketed with the same words. Both are recorded, neither adjudicated. The developer is RAK Hospitality Holding in most sources and RAK Properties in two.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants to be near the sea or the city: the villas are in the inland desert.
