Waldorf Astoria Residences Yas

Yas Island is nine and a half square kilometres of built leisure — a Formula One circuit, Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, a links golf course — and until this it had no branded residence at all. Aldar says so plainly: the first branded residential product on the island. That is the fact worth recording, more than the finishes.

Three towers by Nordic Office of Architecture on biophilic principles, developed by Aldar with Hilton, furnished residences of one to three bedrooms from 111 to 300 square metres, handover in the last quarter of 2028.

Two things do not line up and the register carries both. The count is 133 in Aldar's launch and in a second report, and 123 in a broker record. And Hilton's own release of March 2026 describes the residences as *set to launch for sale in the coming weeks* — ten months after Aldar announced the launch. Neither is necessarily wrong; a partner announcement and a sales launch are different events. The register notes the sequence rather than smoothing it.
