Two hundred residences in seven buildings and twelve mansions on Dubai Creek, facing the Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary, inside Keturah — the wellness resort of MAG of Life, the MAG Group's wellness division — where every home is built to the WELL standard. The developer describes it as the first Ritz-Carlton Residences in the UAE; the Business Bay building, by another developer, was launched in the same year. An AED 2.8 billion project, under construction by CECEP Techand since late 2024, due in the fourth quarter of 2027 after a first target of 2025.
Every residence is announced with 'exclusive yacht berthing' — a claim in the developer's own release, with no published terms on whether a berth conveys with title; the register records it as stated, not as a right. Mansions were released at AED 177 million.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Business Bay — sixty-six furnished homes on the canal — shares its name with a second Ritz-Carlton Residences at MAG's Keturah resort, which calls itself the first in the UAE; and one broker gives its developer a name no other source knows. SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences stacks 371 homes, 321 hotel apartments and 254 rooms in one tower, and a portal's unit-by-unit breakdown sums exactly to the 371 the others give.
