It is also the fifth shape of the club question. Residents take privileges and discounted rates at the resort's bars, restaurants, the Iridium Spa and the leisure facilities. Not conveyed as at Hualālai, not sponsored as at Ocean Reef, not optional as at Quivira, not a municipal discount as at Rye — a tenant's rate at the hotel next door, which ends when the lease ends.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer: nothing here is sold. Not for a resident counting on the privileges — they are a term of a tenancy, not a right attached to a home.
