An island of homes built around a clinic. SHA Wellness, the Spanish integrative-medicine clinic, and the Abu Dhabi developer IMKAN are building what they call the world's first healthy-living island, in AlJurf on the coast between Abu Dhabi and Dubai: apartments of one to four bedrooms, penthouses, and three lines of villas of four to seven bedrooms, from AED 4.6 million, around the SHA Resort and Clinic, with interiors by HBA.
It is in Abu Dhabi. The research report that named it called it 'SHA Residences — Dubai', and one broker repeats the error; AlJurf lies in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, and the record and its investment-migration facts follow the place, not the label. The report's publisher is also the project's exclusive sales agent: Knight Frank launched and sells it — a relationship the register notes beside the citation. Handover is December 2026 in two sources and 'ready for occupation in 2027' in a third.

Not for a buyer who wants to live in Dubai: AlJurf is about an hour from Dubai's airport, in Abu Dhabi.
