Palazzo Versace Dubai Residences

A fashion house's palace on Dubai Creek, eight years in the building. Begun in February 2007 and opened in November 2015, Palazzo Versace Dubai holds 215 hotel rooms and suites and 169 residences, every chair and curtain made by Versace for the building, in a neoclassical composition of courts, lagoon pools and gardens in Culture Village. It was the house's second Palazzo, after the Gold Coast in 2000; the Library holds the brand (LHL-004) and the hotel itself (LHL-H-576).

Since 2024 it has been for sale by auction, at falling prices. After its owner, Emirates PVD, ran into financial trouble, the resort was offered at about AED 1.4 billion, then around AED 1 billion, then AED 700 million, and most recently at a base bid of AED 600 million, per a research platform's successive headlines. The register records the sequence as published and makes no finding on its outcome.

The architect is Spatium in the encyclopaedia's infobox and PTW Architects at a research platform; the residences are one to six bedrooms in the opening report and two to three at a broker; the hotel has 214, 215 or 217 rooms, depending on the year of the source.
