Hotel apartments sold as homes, run by the developer's own hotel company. Two identical towers on a shared podium on the Dubai Canal in Business Bay, completed in September 2019: furnished studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments of about 74 to 131 square metres, serviced by DAMAC Maison, with owners able to let through the hotel when away. Transfers over the past year averaged about AED 1.27 million at the Land Department.
The height is 30 storeys in one source and 36 in another, and the count '100 units' in one and '6' in another — the second plainly a data error, recorded here so that nobody relies on it. No source reaching the register gives the full number of apartments. Held for what it is: a branded, hotel-serviced residential product at the middle of the Dubai market, recorded with its prices so that it is not read as a trophy address.
