Baccarat Residences Saadiyat
Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. Baccarat. Seventy-seven homes in two undulating towers by Sou Fujimoto.
Two white towers that ripple like the island's shoreline, by the Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto — his first homes in the UAE — holding 77 Baccarat residences of two to four bedrooms, sky villas and two penthouses, with interiors by Studio PCH, beside the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi and near the Louvre. Aldar launched it in February 2026 as its last residential project on Saadiyat.
Held since 6 September on a single source, it was raised to V0 when the search for Baccarat's Saudi projects turned up six more; its construction status comes from that first source, and the launch announcements give none. No price or completion date is published in the sources consulted.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants to move in soon: the project was launched in February 2026 and no date is given.

22.09.2026 · Saudi Arabia, run 1 — Diriyah, and an empty record filled
The register already held Baccarat Residences Riyadh as a name and nothing more — no developer, no page. Diriyah Company calls its nine Baccarat residences the brand's first in the Kingdom, and Baccarat lists a single project there, 'Riyadh'; the empty record is now Baccarat Residences Diriyah, raised to V0 under its original code rather than issued a new one. The search for it also turned up six sources on Baccarat Residences Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi — seventy-seven homes in two rippling towers by Sou Fujimoto — which the register had held since early September on a single source; the intake guard refused to issue it a second code, and the existing record was raised to V0 instead.
