The first villas to carry Emaar's own hotel brand: fifty-one five-bedroom houses of four floors at Dubai Hills Estate, in Classic or Modern style, about 920 to 960 square metres built on plots of up to a thousand, around water features and lawns. Launched in July 2022; handover due in June 2026; one listing portal shows them sold out.
The entry price is published three ways — AED 21.7, 23 and 26 million — from different brokers at different times. The register holds this record beside Emaar's Address towers on its beachfront, The Bay and Beachgate; the brand is the same, the product, houses rather than serviced apartments, is not.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants hotel services at home: the Address name is on the villas, with no hotel in the community.
