Some eight hundred serviced apartments in two sail-shaped towers joined by a podium at the head of Burj Lake in the Opera District, facing the Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain; launched in April 2017 and finished in March 2023 by Emaar under its own Address brand, with penthouses of up to about 1,050 square metres.
The developer and the brokers disagree on the heights. Emaar's own page gives towers of 64 and 56 storeys, as does one broker; three others give 65 and 55. The count is 809 in most sources and 803 in one. Emaar has since moved several Address-branded hotels to Marriott and Kempinski, per one research platform — a context for any owner weighing how long a developer's own brand will stay on the door.
A second reading of the sources the same day dates the first sales earlier: a VIP launch on 12 December 2015, buyers asked to bring an AED 500,000 cheque, AED 3,500–4,500 a square foot, handover promised for July 2020 — the April 2017 launch above appears to be the second tower's. It counts 803 homes against 809, and gives the towers as 64 and 56 storeys in Emaar's account, 65 and 55 in a research platform's.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer seeking a small building: some 800 serviced apartments share the towers.

SO/ Uptown Dubai Residences, the top twenty-eight floors of the free zone's own tower, went from 229 homes in a 2020 update to 227 at launch; in 2023 the developer offered buyers a licence and a visa, recorded as an offer, not a rule. Address Residences Dubai Opera opened sales at a VIP evening in December 2015, cheques of AED 500,000 in hand, for handover in July 2020 — and was completed in March 2023.
