Thirty-six homes over the Obhur creek north of Jeddah, nine of them two-storey sky villas with their own pools, designed with the London studio YOO for the Saudi developer Lifestyle Developers; construction began in 2022. YOO's name is on the design, as it is on the register's Yoo Residence in Hong Kong.
The builder and the developer describe different towers. The developer announces 15 storeys and 36 units; its contractor and its sustainability consultant give 12 storeys, 69 metres and 35 units. And the consultant records a brief to serve 'middle income professionals', while the developer's releases call it upscale and boutique. The register records both descriptions.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who needs the building's size settled: its own team gives two.
