The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Diriyah
Diriyah, Riyadh. The Ritz-Carlton. 165 villas and apartments in Najdi forms beside a Ritz-Carlton rising in the old capital.
The first branded residential community in Saudi Arabia, by its developer's account: 106 villas in the forms of Najdi forts at Diriyah, the old capital on Riyadh's edge, sold out before a second release — the Signature Collection, 59 furnished apartments and villas of one to four bedrooms — opened at Cityscape in November 2024, by personal invitation only. Diriyah Company, owned by the Public Investment Fund, is the developer; a Ritz-Carlton hotel is being built alongside.
The first release is 106 villas of three to five bedrooms and 325 to 841 square metres, and the developer's page carries the licensor's disclaimer that Ritz-Carlton neither owns, develops nor sells the residences. No completion date or price is published in any source consulted; the register records 165 homes as the sum of the two releases the developer announced. The research report listed the project as 'Diriyah Gate: The Ritz-Carlton Residences'.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who can simply buy: the Signature Collection is sold by invitation.
