The developer calls the residences the first of their kind in the Kingdom — the third Ritz-Carlton residential project in the register to be marketed as a first, after Diriyah and Al Wadi Desert.
The developer's own page leaves the count blank. No source consulted gives the number of villas, their size, price or date. The place, Al Khobar, was written by the atlas on 23.09.2026 (BA-P-1015) in answer to the register's request; the research report named the resort, 'Ritz-Carlton Al Khobar Resort'.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Khobar, by the Gulf, is the third Ritz-Carlton residential project in the region to be marketed as the first, and its developer's page leaves the count blank. DAMAC Towers Riyadh are twin towers of furnished apartments, one by Fendi Casa and one styled on Paramount's films — a name the developer's current page no longer uses.
