Diriyah Company announced them in September 2025, for sale later.
The report named the hotel, 'Diriyah Gate: The Chedi Hotel'; the residences, announced a year after the report, are the register's unit. The Library holds the operator as GHM Hotels / The Chedi (LHL-099). No price, size or date is published in the sources consulted.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Al Khobar, by the Gulf, is the third Ritz-Carlton residential project in the region to be marketed as the first, and its developer's page leaves the count blank. DAMAC Towers Riyadh are twin towers of furnished apartments, one by Fendi Casa and one styled on Paramount's films — a name the developer's current page no longer uses.
