The cheapest way into AMAALA, and the only one with no brand over the door. The Andar Club Residences are three- to six-bedroom villas set around a nine-hole signature golf course with its own clubhouse, a wellness route and recreational paths; Unscripted did the architecture, Hilda Impey and Goddard Littlefair the interiors. From SAR 19.7 million, against SAR 30.85 million for the Rosewood villas on the same bay.
Red Sea Global describes it two ways. The AMAALA Residences site presents Andar Club Residences as one of four collections, with named architects and interior designers, alongside Nammos, Rosewood and Clinique La Prairie. A December 2025 account of the same launch called Andar the non-branded offering. Both are the developer's own framing and the register carries both: whether a developer's own house name counts as a brand is the question this record puts on the table.
Who it is not for
Not for a buyer who wants a name to resell: the only name here belongs to the developer.

Five records at Triple Bay, AMAALA, and the pattern in them is the one worth naming: the residences proved a price before the resorts proved international demand. Nammos sold half of its twenty apartments within two weeks of launch; one of the twenty-six Rosewood villas had gone by December 2025; the Four Seasons resort and its twenty-six villas opened on 15 June 2026, the first resort at AMAALA to open at all.
