Nobu Residences Al Khobar
Al Khobar. Nobu. Sixty-two apartments in one of two towers by the Gulf — the other tower carries no brand.
Only one of the two towers carries the chef's name: Retal Rise, by the new Al Khobar Corniche, pairs a 16-storey tower of 62 Nobu Residences with a 25-storey tower of 129 apartments sold without a brand, beside a Nobu hotel. Retal launched the residences in February 2025; its Singaporean contractor had begun work the year before.
The register counts the 62 branded apartments and holds the other tower outside the record. No price or completion date is published in the sources consulted. Found while resolving the Ritz-Carlton project in the same city; not in the research queue.

Not for a buyer who assumes the whole scheme is branded: only one tower is.

Raffles Residences Diriyah is named in every Diriyah release and described in almost none. Nobu Residences Al Khobar puts the chef's name on one of two towers only.
